Semi-automatic strapping machine — Horizontal

Function and operation:

The semi-automatic strapping machine applies horizontal straps to packs of concrete blocks or paving stones.
As soon as the counter-balanced mounted strap chute is placed at the desired strap level and the “start button” is pressed, the strap automatically feeds through the chute and around the pack. The operator then places the strap into the tool which tightens and seals.
The semi-automatic horizontal Ridder strapping machine is available for steel or plastic strap.

Function and operation:

The semi-automatic strapping machine applies vertical straps to packs of concrete blocks or paving stones.
As soon as the strapping chute is placed at the desired strap position and the “start button” is pressed, the strap automatically feeds through the chute and bayonet around the pack. The operator then places the strap into the tool which tightens and seals.
The semi-automatic vertical Ridder strapping machine is available for steel or plastic strap.
